Considering Moving from Seattle, WA to Mabalacat, Pampanga Philippines to Marry a lady I met 7 years ago on a Christian Chat Network.

there any major issues concerning the culture or economy there I need be aware of?I'm a retired Computer Systems Analyst drawing $1,500 in Social Security.I understand the cost of living there is much much lower there.But, I'm not sure about the Health care there, I am a diabetic, with heart and high blood pressure issues.

the internet in my house is being abused.

many hours per night. Especially my daughter.

wasted on MSN. Is there a way to “shut down” the internet to one computer in a network? By that I mean at a certain time or based on a timer.

I dont really want to log her in every time she wants her 2 hours or whatever

I'm listening to KFAN (vikings network)on my computer,asking a question about the VIKINGS, and my kid is watching the backyardigans(about the vikings) is this all just a coincidence or are the Vikes going to grab that last playoff spot and my sons name is jackson

My computer shuts down everytime I turn the wireless switch on.

if I plug the network cable it works fine and it does not do that.

when I want to use my wireless internet as soon as I turn the switch the blue screen comes on for like less than e second and it restarts. So in order to keep my computer runnning I have to keep the switch OFF. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the wireless adapter's drivers but no help.

do you think it's the problem? Just wanted to point out that I did try the system restore.

im talking about laptop so I dont have to go through opening the laptop to disconnect the hardware.
