i was thinking of turning my laptop into a wireless extention of my desktop PC. is there a free software i can download that would let me do that. “just to be clear. i want to use the keyboard and sensor pad on the laptop to wirelessly navagate my desktop computer.

can I make it go faster?

I recently purchased a new lap top and as all new computers, it comes with Vista. I have heard mixed reviews about Vista and I am just wondering what I should expect with this new laptop (I get it tomorrow). I have had XP for the past few years and I love it. Is there a chance I may have to downgrade to XP? What are some programs/printers/MP3 players that are not compatible with Vista? I have an ipod, is this compatible with VIsta?

Okay first of all my computer all of the sudden one day got really big.

my programs are stretched out. It has huge font. It looks really stretched out. It happened before but my uncle fixed it.

icons are bigger too. I tried going t properties and everything but I dont know what buttons to press. Do you know what I am talking about kinda?

my zune gets mpeg 4 video files but I have alot of diferent files store in my computer when I try to put the folder with my videos in the zune software it says the folder is there but no compatible files what do I do

I have two computers in my house a old white dell one that I don't use any more.

a new flat screen black one that is dell also. I want my new one to be as fast as it can because I play a lot of games maple story, WOW, ect.. So i was thinking why not take the DIMM from my old one and put in black computer but I needed to find out first will this like carry programs,files, ect.. from my old computer onto the new one and therefor makeing it slower? I need to know if some has just accessed my computer from the internet. I am very safe and have in total 3 firewalls and several programs which monitor spyware and adware. 2 ppls voices breifly cam through my speakers when i didnt have any programmes or web browsers open, its very odd and i want to try find out why or what it was.

I am almost sure it's just malware/spyware (whatever the difference is?). What other free user friendly programs besides AdAware SE are good to clean systems? I've ran Symantec antivirus and nothing. I've used disk cleanup also.

restore has never worked on my computer. Also, at startup I get a Wild Tangent not found message, and this has been for a few years now and does not seem to be too harmful, (It seems to come from another bad program that I deleted), but I'd like to be fully rid of it.

Does anybody know: 1] How they know they have given enough of the numbers that you can solve the puzzle? 2] How do they determine the difficulty levels? Is there some kind of computer program that determines this? Thanks!
