I need to buy an anti virus to protect the computer. i have norton seciruty but it is not that good. Is there a good program that i can buy that can protects my pc and removes all viruses? Thank you.

After a liftime of computers I am washing my hands of PC's and switching to Mac. I'm tired of the crashing, viruses, and unstable operating systems. I want to build my own system but Apple components are more expensive than I thought? Would it be easier to by a complete system?

I have this virus that says i have a virus and it tries to install this program to get rid of the virus.. but it is the virus! lol it changed my background to “your computer is in danger!” and it has icons by where my clock is like on the task bar but to the right i cant erase it from there! and it makes me computer soooo slow!! help! im usually good at this.. oh yeAH~! AND I USED adaware to get rid of it and then that old windows virus came up that says my computer will restart in 30 seconds.

it counts down then restarts!! and it will keep doing it. help!! took that from someone else but its what I have minus the comp trying to restart itself, ive ran adaware and spybot but they cant seem to get it, spybot windows are continually popping up telling me that it has removed svietakq.exe which they say is black listed.anyone know what it is and how 2 kill it? also i disconnected the internet to stop the popups but i dunno if its doing any good, HELP!

i heard that youtube has a virus that makes your computer a zombie to whatever network you are on and that there is no anti virus for it. is it safe again?

i had a friend and told them not to email me anymore.my 10yr son got 10virues worms on his computer from a guy named freeman from Nigeria africa.he put 123 solitary games which i seen when his computer would not work ' and him and me and the Nigerian were emailing can it be fixed are is my son screwed out of new computer? thanks for answering ps the nigerian is a computer wiz and works with computers in nigeria?we had no card games either as my son just got his computer 3days ago.

see i have already scaned my computer with avg anti virus, and most important i have already removed that screen saver.

is of no use, then i inserted windows xp sp3 cd.

uniinstalled and reinstalled ie again.

not worked then i updated ie to version 7 but it aslo didnt worked.

i came to you for help.

hi any1 know how can i remove my system alearts? i know some of u might say just keep it or might harm computer if removed but im willing to take risk if any i already have good virus and spyware proection only thing now giving me pop ups is system alerts saying my computer is in danger please install the reccomended anti spyware (btw already have1 that good) but this is my if no1 at all minds:) i need to get rid of system alerts any1 have any clue how?if not its np at all ill just reset hard drive after make a backup disk with stuff not infected:)

I accidently downloaded Malware Alarm when it popped up, thinking it was an actual thing that would keep me free of any viruses. It told me I had 136 threats on my computer and most of them are classified as “severe” and “very high”. I don't remember having these before I downloaded this can you guys please give me some information on this “Malware Alarm” and how to get rid of it if it's dangerous? Thank you.

I used to have a computer that had tons of viruses so I had to stop playing some of my favorite games and I had to have somebody check the site I was going to to make sure it was safe

I keep getting websites popping up on my computer.i recently got a virus but i thought i got rid of it.this makes me doubt that.

aren't like pop ups becuz they are actual websites.here are some examples: searches in ebay such as “com” or http” free podcast website celeb gossip just a bunch of stuff i don't want and i have to close them.. it happens like every 5 mins if i do need a pop-up blocker..and i dowload 1 will it conflict with the up-to-date mcafee virus-protection i have on my computer? i just got another 1 and i am updating this..the website is leading4.com for small busines or something.rr i h8 this
