The reason the illuminati don't kill him because then it would be obvious he was right. instead they try to make him look like a crazy person. The majority of people just think hes crazy anyway, so it would do more harm against them to kill him.and to all the people who say he steals people's work, he doesn't say he thought all this stuff up, he said that his books are based on research hes done.
