Commercially or not, if it was something he was in and they do own it, then yeah, they can block it or have it yanked from You Tube. But if it's something they don't own (like a guest appearance on another show, such as Jerry Lewis' telethon or Dean's variety show), then no, they have no business filing a complaint on it. But they file it no matter what, knowing that You Tube will pull it rather than fight them on it. I don't get the family's logic...they should be happy ppl are watching him.

You are so right. Just check out my videos at You Tube,---martini merlin. Tina Sinatra and Franks's corp. Sheffield Enterprises have blocked videos that I've posted -- film that was never even commercially released.

Sinatra family thinks that anything Frank appeared in belongs to them. Concerts like this, they are right. Television appearances (like when he'd guest on Dean's tv show), no, they don't...but they still think they do and file a complaint with You Tube. Rather than fight them, You Tube pulls the video.
